Amazing soufflé from The Square. With a fresh ball of ice cream placed in the centre, with a caramel sauce. I’m not a soufflé person normally, but I’d never say no to one of these.

Update: I stand correct. It was apricot sauce. Yummy either way. Thanks Kaylie!
